What’s On Awards 2018

It’s that time of the year again – it certainly comes round quickly! We are very proud to announce we have been nominated in 7 categories in the What’s on Awards 2018 including BEST ACTIVITY 5-12S & BEST PRESCHOOLER ACTIVITY.

This is the 4th year in a row that Kidslingo have been nominated, having won Most Outstanding Activity Leader & been runner up in Most Outstanding Activity Leader South West last year.

Children’s Activities Week

As part of the Children's Activities Association's fund-raising 'Watch me fly' week for Caudwell Children, we had a very special visitor to a Spanish class at Mossfield Primary School in Salford - Sid Sloane of CBeebies fame!

Intergenerational Language Learning

This month here at Kidslingo, we have unveiled a new intergenerational scheme called Kidslingo Together, in a bid to improve the emotional wellbeing and development of youngsters in early years settings and care home residents, while also teaching them a second language.

Why teach languages in Early Years?

Learning a foreign language is becoming a more prominent topic on the early years agenda, as nurseries, childminders and primary schools are beginning to realise the huge benefits it can bring.
