Kidslingo’s Amy Archer wins Support Manager of the Year at the Disruptive Franchise Awards 2025

October 6, 2025

We’re over the moon to share that Amy Archer, Kidslingo’s Operations Support Manager, has been crowned Support Manager of the Year at the Disruptive Franchise Awards 2025.

This award celebrates individuals who go above and beyond to empower franchisees, improve performance, and raise standards across their network. Anyone who’s worked with Amy knows that’s exactly what she does—day in, day out.

Why this matters

At Kidslingo, our promise is simple: outstanding language learning experiences for children, powered by an equally outstanding franchise network. That kind of consistency only happens when franchisees feel supported, informed, and confident. Amy is at the heart of that—pairing a calm, practical approach with genuine care for people.

Amy’s reaction

“I’m absolutely thrilled to have won the award for Support Manager of the Year at the Disruptive Franchise Awards. I love the role that I do at Kidslingo. My drive to provide effective support to the Kidslingo network stems from my own experiences as a Kidslingo franchisee.

Having felt extremely well supported in my own early days and beyond, I’m keen to do this for others. I place huge value on communication, sharing ideas and acting on feedback to ensure that my fellow franchisees feel valued, appreciated and motivated to succeed. We are a wonderful community and I feel very privileged to be part of it.”

A word from Kidslingo leadership

“Amy is the definition of ‘quietly exceptional’. She makes complex things simple, keeps our standards high, and never loses sight of the person behind the business. This award is richly deserved and reflects the pride we take in supporting our network.” Anna Neville, Kidslingo CEO.

Huge congratulations, Amy. Your dedication and care lift our whole network—and this award is the perfect recognition. Here’s to the year ahead! 🎉
