Kidslingo celebrates a huge win at the Club Hub Awards 2019

May 16, 2019

Last Friday saw the inaugural Club Hub awards ceremony and networking event at the Balls Brothers, Minster Court, London. The action-packed day featured expert guest speakers Hassan Kubba and Junior Ogunyemi, networking opportunities with other children’s activities providers and of course, the awards.

Over 7000 nominations were made by parents so we were utterly thrilled that two Kidslingo franchisees reached the final five in two categories. Rosa Gonzalez, the Kidslingo Spanish franchisee in the Sevenoaks area, was a finalist for Female Entrepreneur of the Year and Becky MacLean, Kidslingo Plymouth franchisee, was a finalist in Biggest Business Growth.

We were over the moon that Becky MacLean was crowned winner in her category Biggest Business Growth in recognition of her hard work and achievements.

Anna Neville, Kidslingo CEO said:

“Becky is an amazing franchisee and her business goes from strength to strength. She has been with Kidslingo for over 3 years and has certainly waved her magic wand in Plymouth. She gains amazing customer reviews and truly inspires the children that come to her class. She has even opened our first permanent location – the Kidslingo Hub. She thoroughly deserves the win.

Equally we are so proud of Rosa for reaching the finals. She is hugely successful and has been a pioneer of our Kidslingo Together intergenerational language learning programme where care home residents and young children learn Spanish alongside each other.”

Thank you Club Hub for a great day and awards programme. To find out more about joining the award-winning Kidslingo team, please visit click here.
