Awards Finalists with Club Hub
March 8, 2019
We are very proud to announce that two Kidslingo franchisees have reached the finalist stage in the Club Hub Awards 2019.
Rosa Gonzalez, who successfully runs the Spanish Kidslingo franchise in the Sevenoaks, Malling, Edenbridge and Westerham area, is a finalist in the Female Entrepreneur of the Year category. She is a native Spanish speaker and brings her infectious love of the language to hundreds of young children in the region.
Rosa runs baby classes, nursery session and both clubs and classes in many local primary schools. She is also a huge advocate for our intergenerational language learning programme Kidslingo Together, which she runs every week at the Weald Heights care home. In the sessions babies, toddlers and pre-schoolers learn Spanish alongside their parents and the older generation of residents. Well done Rosa!
Becky MacLean, who has been running the Kidslingo French and Spanish franchise in the Plymouth area for over 3 years now, is a finalist in the Biggest Growth of the Year category. Becky was also a What’s On Award WINNER last year for Best Activity Leader in UK.
Becky’s business has gone from strength to strength, and her enthusiasm and energy for the business knows no bounds. Becky recently set up her own premises for her classes – the Kidslingo Hub – from where she runs many of her fun and interactive French and Spanish classes. She also runs classes in local nurseries and primary schools.
Anna Neville, Kidslingo Founder & CEO, said
“This is an amazing and admirable achievement for Rosa and Becky. They are both fantastic franchisees, teachers and inspirational linguists who have made a big impact in their local areas. Well done to you both and fingers crossed for the announcements on 11th May.”
