¡Hola! Me llamo Carmen, nice to meet you!

I am a native Spanish speaker and the proud owner of Kidslingo Spanish Sheffield South East and I am here to teach Spanish to your child in the funniest way. Your child will learn new words with every class and will have lots of fun as we´ll sing, dance and much more. I might dress up some days!

I was born in the beautiful city of Granada, South Spain (1h from Malaga) and moved to the UK in 2013. I have two amazing children that are bilingual. Speak another language has countless benefits, so If you are here looking for Spanish classes for your child or you want to bring Spanish classes to your school or nursery you should be really proud of yourself. What a precious gift for the children!

My classes are held in a number of different settings across Sheffield SE:

Our learning programme fully supports the EYFS framework and National Curriculum guidelines used in primary schools.

Full day sessions available for up to 150 children. Designed to meet the KS2 Programme of study

Having passed through passport control, the children will visit a range of fun places in our Spanish town, through clever use of props, music and engaging activities.

Class timetable

All our classes are term-time only.

Online & Community classes: 3-week trial offer (3 classes for the price of 2)

For private lessons (1-2-1) please email carmen.marfil@kidslingo.co.uk to discuss your requirements (trial offer available)

Do you speak Spanish at home? Is your child refusing to speak in Spanish with you? You are not alone! I can also run my classes 100% in Spanish (with a minimum of English if necessary) to grow your child´s confidence in speaking a second language – Please email me to discuss further (carmen.marfil@kidslingo.co.uk)

BOOKING, PRICING AND PAYMENT INFO:

• Pre-booking is essential as there are limited numbers per session.
• Half termly payments in advance. Casual (pay-as-you-go) booking is not available, nor can we make deductions to class fees for any sessions that you already know your child will not be able to attend.
• The price includes free term-time access to our exclusive Kidslingo game site. (fully enrolled students, not trials).
• Payment is required in full prior the first class.
• A 2% handling fee applies to all bookings. 
• Children can join a class at any time during the term, subject to availability. If your preferred class is full you will be placed on the waiting list.
• In future terms, currently enrolled students get priority renewal of their enrolment, to aid continuity of their Spanish learning journey. Second priority then goes to any students registered on the waiting list for that class/club.
• To ensure you receive our booking-related emails, please check your junk mail folder if you do not see these in your inbox. You can also add carmen.marfil@kidslingo.co.uk to your email contacts and list of safe senders.

GROUP ONLINE CLASSES:

• New customers: 3-week trial offer for just £10 (3 classes for the price of 2) with no obligation to carry on. After the trial, classes will be £5 per child (to be paid in half term blocks in advance). Please click on TRIAL COURSE – after filling a form you will be asked to pay for the trial package (£10). Once payment is confirmed you will receive an email confirming your child´s place (if payment was made during the weekend your child´s place will be confirmed by Monday).
• No prior Spanish knowledge needed.

SCHOOL/NURSERY:

• Only available for children attending the named school/nursery.
• Half termly payments in advance. Payment is required in full prior the first class.
• Children can join a class at any time during the term, subject to availability, and the class fees will be pro-rated.
• The price includes free term-time access to our exclusive Kidslingo game site to review Spanish vocabulary while having lots of fun.

COMMUNITY VENUE:

• Toddler Spanish Club (18mths-4yrs) £6 per class. 10% discount siblings between 18months-4yrs. Siblings under 12 months free.
• Infant Spanish Club (4-7yrs) £6.50 per class. 10% discount siblings between 4-7yrs. Siblings 1-4yrs half-price. Siblings under 12 months free.
• Half-termly payments.
