¡Hola! Me llamo Carmen, nice to meet you!
I am a native Spanish speaker and the proud owner of Kidslingo Spanish Sheffield South East and I am here to teach Spanish to your child in the funniest way. Your child will learn new words with every class and will have lots of fun as we´ll sing, dance and much more. I might even dress up some days!
I was born in the beautiful city of Granada, South Spain (1h from Malaga) and moved to the UK in 2013. I have two amazing children that are bilingual. Speak another language has countless benefits, so If you are here looking for Spanish classes for your child or you want to bring Spanish classes to your school or nursery you should be really proud of yourself. What a precious gift for the children!
My classes are held in a number of different settings across S2, S12, S13, S14, S20 and S26:
- Nurseries
- Primary Schools: Curriculum + PPA cover + Clubs (Breakfast/ lunchtime/ after-school)
- Online– Live sessions, via Zoom- Every Wednesday (term-time only)
Our learning programme fully supports the EYFS framework and National Curriculum guidelines used in primary schools.
And shhhh don´t tell your children just yet but they will also get FREE access to our Kidslingo Games Webpage with over 200 games to revise and learn vocabulary, kids love it!

ONLINE LIVE CLASSES (Zoom) starting from 1st November 2023 (Term-time only)
– Special offer for new costumers: Trial package for online live classes for just £10 (3 classes for the price of 2) with no obligation to carry on. After the trial, classes will be £5 per child.
– For private lessons (1-2-1) please email carmen.marfil@kidslingo.co.uk to discuss your requirements.
– Do you speak Spanish at home? Is your child refusing to speak in Spanish with you? You are not alone! I can also run my classes 100% in Spanish (with a minimum of English if necessary) to grow your child´s confidence in speaking a second language – Please email me to discuss further (carmen.marfil@kidslingo.co.uk)
Booking info ONLINE CLASSES:
- NEW costumers: please click on TRIAL COURSE – after filling a form you will be asked to pay for the trial package (£10). Once payment is confirmed you will receive an email confirming your child´s place (if payment was made during the weekend your child´s place will be confirmed by Monday).
- Booking is for all remaining classes in the current block, i.e. till the end of the current term. Causal (pay-as-you-go) booking is not available.
- Children can join a class at any time during the term, subject to availability.
- To ensure you receive our booking-related emails, please check your junk mail folder if you do not see these in your inbox. You can also add carmen.marfil@kidslingo.co.uk to your email contacts and list of safe senders.
Pricing ONLINE CLASSES:
- £5 per class per child.
- Trial package (3 classes for the price of 2) for just £10 with no obligation to carry on- only NEW COSTUMERS.
- The price includes free term-time access to our exclusive Kidslingo game site. This applies to fully enrolled students only, not trials.
- Payment is required in full prior the first class, via Stripe.
- Places are strictly limited.
