Kidslingo is all about inspiring children to learn languages in a fun and interactive way, with an engaging mix of music, games, actions, role-play, drama and storytelling.  I believe in making language learning exciting for all ages and the classes are a brilliant way to boost a child’s confidence and natural creativity whilst enhancing their linguistic development in both Spanish and English.

The little ones call me Miss Jen and I am a passionate linguist and fluent Spanish speaker. I spent my childhood growing up in buzzing Mexico City and have a degree in Spanish and Italian Studies with oral distinctions. I have previously taught both primary and secondary school children in Mexico, Italy and the UK. I have a pocket rocket three year old daughter who I am bringing up as bilingual with a little bit of Italian and French thrown in too!

Learning Spanish opens up so many doors for children as it is the most widespread spoken language in the world, second only to Mandarin. Spanish is the official language in over 20 countries with 480 million native speakers globally. Speaking foreign languages has enabled me to live and work abroad, establish life-long international friendships and explore the globe for my career, giving me a taste for travel and tacos! I love passing the gift of language onto the kids I teach – one minute we are on the hunt for roarsome dinosaurs in the jungle and the next we are snazzy superheroes flying through the air!
