About Me
Hola! my name is Claire and I am an experienced GTC registered primary teacher, with OU certification in Spanish and a BA in Business Management. I have lived and taught in Spain (Madrid) and Latin American countries (including Argentina). Since living back in Scotland, I’ve continued to share my enthusiasm for Spanish culture by teaching Spanish within various primary school and nursery settings. I enjoy seeing the sense of achievement on children’s faces as they learn in an innovative and fun way. My aim is to give children a love of Spanish which will hopefully continue throughout their lives.
About our classes
Our exciting and interactive Kidslingo sessions cater for the following age ranges : 3-4.5 years, – our preschool programme within nursery settings uses songs, games, toys, musical instruments, story telling, arts and crafts, movement and drama.
With our school age programme 4.5-10 years, we engage our budding linguists using stage appropriate songs, games, drama and stories. Kidslingo recognises the importance of children continuing to learn and progress. Therefore, we provide a high-quality learning experience, where courses are carefully aligned to the early CfE Experiences and Outcomes for modern languages, literacy and health and wellbeing.
