Bonjour! I’m Laura, a qualified languages teacher with over 15 years’ classroom experience and mum of two lovely little linguists. As the proud owner of Kidslingo Stockport East and Macclesfield, I am thrilled to be able to bring fun, interactive, engaging French classes to 0-11 year olds in the area.
All the research shows that the best age to begin learning a language is during childhood, so let’s give our kids the best chance possible with our multi-award winning lessons!
I also run Spanish classes – please see here.

Can’t see your child’s nursery or school on the list above? Contact me at [email protected] and let’s see what we can do!
Please note, all school club bookings are subject to a 2% handling fee. Please see our terms and conditions in the downloads section for more information.

How Learning a Second Language Boosts Your Child’s Speech and Language Development. Discover how learning French or Spanish can support your child’s communication skills, confidence, and overall language development. Many parents are surprised to learn that introducing a second language at an early age doesn’t just teach new words - it actually strengthens a child’s speech and language development.

This year, Languages Week Scotland runs from Monday 2 to Friday 6 February 2026. The week is a national celebration of language learning and multilingualism. It’s a brilliant chance for schools, nurseries, childminders and families to spotlight the many languages spoken in Scotland – and to give children a positive, playful experience of languages.
