We offer fun and interactive Spanish lessons for children from 1.5 – 11 yrs old.

OUR CLASSES: 

• School clubs. Currently at Bovey Tracey, Ipplepen, Stokeinteignhead school, Dartington school, Berry Pomeroy school, Shiphay Learning Academy, Marldon primary school,  Stoke Gabriel primary school,  St Catherine’s C of E primary school, Landscove primary school, The Grove school and Kingsteignton school.
  
• Curriculum classes in schools. Currently at Park School
• Nurseries. We run our Spanish classes at Skylark nursery school in Ashburton and Nanny Bears in Buckfastleigh and at Kingsteignton pre-school.
• Community venue classes. We run  Home ed clubs at Quayside Bistro in Totnes and Deo Gloria coffee shop in Newton Abbot! Our babies and toddlers classes at Quayside Bistro in Totnes are re-starting in September 2026. You can book a trial package in all community venue classes.
• Private classes. We also run many private classes via zoom or face to face. One to 0ne and small groups.
• Live online classes are available for children from 4 – 11 yrs old!
• Pre-recorded videos. New pre-recorded videos packages coming soon!

ABOUT MY SPANISH CLASSES

We want to inspire children to love languages and other cultures!

Our classes are very fun and interactive. We focus on learning Spanish through  games, songs, role play, movement, and story telling. We are Makaton friendly too. All classes fully support the EYFS, KS1 and KS2 curriculum. All our tutors are fluent Spanish speaker.

We offer classes in schools (clubs, curriculum teaching, PPA cover and Enrichment days), nurseries, community classes and online (group and private classes).

Research shows that there are a lot of advantages to learning a foreign language from a very young age such as increased brain mass, memory and critical thinking skills. It gives children greater flexibility of mind. In the long term, it opens opportunities for future employment and multicultural understanding. Our fun and interactive lessons will also boost your children self-confidence, self-esteem and enhance their natural creativity and curiosity.

It’s never too early (or too late) to start learning a new language. Children absorb new words and mimic new sounds amazingly well. By learning through play, they feel confident about putting their new linguistic skills into practice.

We follow a comprehensive 4-year programme fully aligned with curriculum requirements. Our aim is to enhance cultural capital by promoting a broader worldview and supporting pupils in becoming effective global citizens.

Our classes are fun and interactive, using a song- and game-based approach to inspire a lasting love of language and culture that children can carry forward into the next stages of their education.

Kidslingo offers a range of flexible services tailored to your school’s needs — including clubs for all age groups, curriculum classes for Early Years, KS1, and KS2, and enrichment days.

We also offer a one-off “Cultural and Language Enrichment Day,” where children explore Spain and other Spanish-speaking countries in an engaging and meaningful way.

As an added benefit, every child receives free access to our online games platform, which includes over 250 fun and educational games in both French and Spanish.

¡Hola!
My name is Patty, and I’m a Kidslingo franchisee owner and tutor. I’m a native Spanish speaker from Peru, and I’ve been living in the UK since 2005.

I have two wonderful bilingual children, aged 16 and 13, and I’ve been speaking to them in Spanish since they were in my tummy!

Learning a second language has given me incredible opportunities professionally but most importantly, it has helped me build meaningful friendships and connect more deeply with others.

Language opens the door to new cultures, traditions, and ways of thinking. I often wish I had started learning English as a child, which is why I’m so passionate about helping your little one gain this amazing skill early on.

I’m here to inspire your child to love languages and embrace other cultures, giving them a valuable skill for life.

Class timetable

BOOKING, PRICING AND PAYMENT INFO:

A 2% handling fee applies to all bookings. 

For full details of any classes that are available to book – including pricing and dates – please click the ENROL NOW button (or TRIAL COURSE if available) and then the ‘Show Classes’ tab.

Booking info

• Booking is for all remaining classes, i.e. till the end of the current term. Casual (pay-as-you-go) booking is not available, nor is temporary enrolment up till the half-term break, nor can we make deductions to club fees for any sessions that you already know your child will not be able to attend.
• Children can join a class at any time during the term, subject to availability, and the class fees will be pro-rated.
•  Trial packages (3 sessions) are available for new customers only  and will show with a TRIAL COURSE button alongside the relevant class. Trial packages are limited and can be withdrawn at any time.
• To ensure you receive our booking-related emails, please check your junk mail folder if you do not see these in your inbox. You can also add [email protected] to your email contacts and list of safe senders.
• Places in group classes are strictly limited. If your preferred class is full you can register your details to join the WAITING LIST.
• In future terms, currently enrolled students get priority renewal of their enrolment, to aid continuity of their Spanish learning journey. Second priority then goes to any students registered on the waiting list for that class/club (a swift response will probably be required), before any remaining places are promoted to new students.

Class pricing

• The price of the class you wish to book can be seen when you click the ENROL NOW button (or TRIAL COURSE if available) and then the ‘Show Classes’ tab.
• The price includes free term-time access to our exclusive Kidslingo game site. This applies to fully enrolled students only, not applicable for any trial lessons or enrolments (where available).
• For private lessons, please email [email protected] to discuss your requirements.

Payment for classes

• Note that a 2% handling fee applies to all bookings.
• Payment is monthly by direct debit (GoCardless_ see further details below*).
• Please note that we can’t accept payment by childcare vouchers or through your tax-free childcare account, as Kidslingo is a children’s activity provider and not a registered childcare provider.

*You will set up a direct debit mandate with GoCardless during online registration. Choosing to pay by direct debit is an ongoing, automatic enrolment so your child’s place will remain active each term. So you don’t need to worry about anything as we will arrange the Direct debit accordingly. To opt out you must give a minimum of 2 weeks’ notice before end of the month if you do not wish to continue the classes in the next month. If you do not give this notice, then you will be charged for the next month and no refunds will be offered. Your direct debit monthly payment will be arranged on the first day of each month and also you will always receive at least 3 days notice from GoCardless of any payment due to be collected by direct debit.

After school clubs (1 hour) £31.00 per child, per month

After school at The Grove school (1 hour) £33.00 per child per month (due to hire cost).

Lunch school clubs (30 minutes) £22.00 per child per month

Online live classes (30 minutes) £22.00 per child per month

£6.50 per pre-recorded video.

£32.50 for private classes (30 minutes) online and £35.00 for face to face classes.

£18.00 trial package (3 sessions) in our online and venue group classes. Only for new customers.

A 2% fee is applicable in all payments.
